Hey, everybody! I spoke with Peter last night, so I thought I would give you an update.

Great news! Peter is getting very close to finshing a new CD, and he's very excited about it! For those of you who are wondering, apparently he's got a new set of musicians on this one. As I have more information about them, I'll pass it on to you.

Other news is that Peter is just about to launch Song Portraits, which will allow people to directly commission songs for family members, friends, and colleagues. So for those of you who have never been the object of Peter's improvisational skills, and have a burning desire for a custom-made Song Portrait, keep an eye on Peter's website (http://peterhimmelman.com) for further details!

Regarding Peter's work on TV- Peter had a new song of his air at the end of Judging Amy™ a few weeks ago. The song was called The Best Kind Of Answer Has No Sound. The song was really beautiful. If you want to keep up with Judging Amy™ info, you can check out their fansite at http://judgingamy.tripod.com . There is also a message board there, which you don't have to register for as long as you leave the password blank. You'll see a thread called Time For A Soundtrack. If you are interested in there being a Judging Amy™ soundtrack CD, please add your own message to that thread!
