On October 22, 1998, Pamm, of Himmelfans, went backstage at the House of Blues (in Chicago, IL) to host an on-line chat with Peter on AOL. The chat was a huge success and very much enjoyed by everyone who participated in it. Pamm actually signed in as herself and typed all of Peter's responses. Considering the actual chat log was 30 pages long, you have to know that Pamm did a great job!! Thanks, Pamm!!! : )

For the benefit of those of you who could not attend the chat, I have uploaded a condensed, heavily-edited version of it for your reading enjoyment. For those of you have experienced participating in chats, you probably already know that it is not uncommon to ask a question in chat and have the answer show up four responses later. To make this chat much easier to read, I grouped questions and their answers together. I also tended to group similar questions in close proximity to each other. In addition, I edited out tons of extraneous remarks. I did however leave most of the actual text un-edited to maintain the natural feel of the chat. I only got rid of a few, glaring spelling and grammar offenses. Otherwise, I left the chat fairly pristine. Other than that, I changed Pamm's screen name to Peter just to make it clear as to when we are actually hearing Peter's answers.

This was a TON of work, but I really enjoyed putting it together for you. I hope you have fun reading it!!

To everyone who actually participated in the chat, thanks so much for helping to make it really interesting!!
